Refund policy
Due to our limited staff & nature of our products, returns are not accepted at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we simply do not have the infrastructure to handle these requests yet. As we grow, we hope to include this as an option. If you don’t love your purchase, reach out directly & we will work with you to organize an exchange or come up with a solution as best we can. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with an exchange.

If your order is flagged as being potentially fraudulent we reserve the right to reach out directly asking you to confirm details and/or cancel your order. All chargebacks that occur for orders in which the purchaser has not been in contact via email to discuss an exchange or resolution prior to filing the chargeback request waives their rights to such a request. All chargeback requests will be fought by Kalme Co.
Shipping policy
We know that shipping can be expensive. It’s a major bummer for us too!! We’re doing our best to get you the cheapest rates that we possibly can.
In all transparency: As a micro business, we simply can’t compete with the standard free shipping that larger companies are able to offer. If we raise the product prices to include shipping, like other small companies do, it will negatively affect our in-person sales. Please be patient with us, we are not Amazon, but we believe that’s a good thing! We have done our best by offering FREE SHIPPING on all retail ORDERS OVER $75. All other order will ship for a flat rate of $8. We only ship within the USA at this time.
Most in-stock orders will ship within 1-3 business days, though it may take up to 7 days for processing & shipping. Out of stock items may vary in precessing time; we will contact you as soon as we can if we are unable to make & process items within 7 business days. If you have concerns or need an order rushed, please let us know by emailing our general mailbox with your name & order number so we can do our best to accommodate.

Tracking is provided for shipping on all orders & will be emailed the day your order ships. On occasion we will ship items using recycled or pre-used packing materials as a way to reduce our carbon footprint & the strain that shipping materials have on the environment. If you prefer new shipping materials only, please let us know.
Shipping issues? Once a parcel leaves our possession, it is out of our control & Kalme Co. is no longer liable for any issues that may arise during transit. We assume no responsibility for issues including but not limited to late deliveries, damages, &/or stolen or missing parcels. If any of these issues arise, please contact us as soon as possible & we will do our absolute best to alleviate the situation within our means, we want to keep you happy frand. If your order arrives damaged, please make sure to take pictures right away & include them in an email to the email address listed above. We are a very small company and value your business very much!
