Kalme Co.
Kalme (pronounced call-May) means to calm or soothe in Cajun French, a dying language that our founder’s grandmother spoke. It was named in remembrance of her Maw Maw’s soothing spirit. ----------- Did you know that many mainstream skincare products contain carcinogens, heavy metals, and chemicals that can cause hormonal imbalances, irritation, or even disease? On average, people unknowingly apply over 500 different chemicals to their skin DAILY through cosmetics and cleansers. At Kalme Co, we know how crucial it is to use safe, gentle ingredients, especially for those with sensitive skin and autoimmune conditions. That’s why our formulas are crafted to nourish and enhance natural beauty without any harsh chemicals or questionable ingredients. Our products are safe for even the most sensitive skin types. Refill Mercantile
The Refill Mercantile Journey Welcome to Refill Mercantile!! So happy you are here on this low waste journey with us! Remember the days when our parents reused everything until it wasn't reusable anymore? My mom would reuse plastic sandwich bags, containers food came in, I wore hand-me-down clothes from cousins and she made a lot of my clothes until I...um... got curves. This was also about the time when she went back to work. Enter TV dinners with all kinds of waste and nothing reusable. This was the late 1980's early 1990's. The age of my friends moms and mine going to work and us kids getting take out or prepared meals. This was also about the time when plastic bottles became a real thing. And we just tossed them! I cringe thinking back to the change but if we knew then what we know now, would things be different? Convenience took over so we could have that short amount of family time that was leftover from working and commuting. Convenience is key! Being a single mom then living... More

Tommy Breeze
Hi, I'm Tommy.  I'm from Fairfax, California, and I love this little town I call home. My happy places are all in the outdoors. I grew up hiking and cycling through the hills of Marin County, soaking in the splendor. Creating art is a way for me to connect with my surroundings. I try to bring out the essence of the view I'm experiencing. Sometimes that takes the form of bold color and line. Other times it is watercolor and ink, or a pen and pencil sketch.  I enjoy creating outdoors, on location. I treat these “power spots” as places of reflection. Today, we are faced with an increasingly disparate, disconnected society and climate. I believe connectivity through positive imagery can help right our collective course. Everything you'll find on my site is designed for getting outdoors, adventuring, and being who you are. I make things that I like to wear, with careful attention paid to materials, fit, and combinations of color. I hope my... More
